All orders processed before 1pm will be dispatched that day for delivery the following day.

For the delivery courier, they need your email address and your mobile number. They confirm they have your package by email and send you a notification via email and text message to confirm the hour slot for your delivery.

If your going to be out you can respond to the email and request that your parcel is left with a neighbour or left in a safe place. Our courier service will not leave your delivery without your consent.

We have found the courier service is excellent in rural areas, and if they have any difficulty finding your address they can call you on the number you provide.
